WASSAIL CREW 2010

A
big Christmas
Thank you

Dear Landlords and Managers

Thank you for tolerating the team while we tried to wassail the baubles off your trees and got under your waitresses feet and

thank you to the patrons for giving us their loose coin especially those (you know who you are) who paid us to go away =:0)

All proceeds go to our selected charities. We pay our own expenses.
We presented the proceeds at our first Singers Night of the New Year. Much real ale was drunk. So was Suggers .....
See you next Christmas !!

9 December 8:30pm - British Legion, Windhill
Suggers promised not to lead "While Shepherds" .. Brain did it instead. As fine a rendition of "Christmas Bells" as you'd wish.
Wassail Warm-up & Singers Night Party at the British Legion
10 December 7:30 pm - Hil & Mac's Andy Younie's House A small but determined crew raced around the course and got back with £403 ... one surprise (refused by a really old favourite) and one splendid "new" hostelry! See the Wassailed Hostelries Guide for where we went .. Hallingbury, Sheering, Hatfield Heath, HBO & Takeley
11 December 7:30 pm - Geoff & Jacquis Geoff & Jacquis £248 kindly donated in a hard-working wander about! Sawbo City was ablaze with nightlife ... Sawbo Walking Tour
16 December 7:30 pm - Cheersie's Cheersie's
£170 in the hat from a tiny but heroic crew ! We didn't do as much as planned but we managed a Splendid Evening notwithstanding ...
The Old A11
17 December 7:30 pm - Jacqui & Geoff's David & Monica's

The Friday Crew Sallied forth (with Sally) - great Craic despite Brain, Suggers & Andrew's vocal indisposition and arctic blasts. Really friendly pubs - we'd recommend this tour as a pretty good pubcrawl! £185 or so in the hat ..

Harlow North

Defeated due to the snow
The Ash Vale Tour

COMPLAINTS - Crispian Evenne has again taken the reigns and any enquiries should be directed to him c/o the Deep Pan Pizza, where he is the cook.
Not for nothing is he famous as "Deep Pan Crispian Evenne" .............. Specific comments on the state of tuning of the crew should be sent to Cora Vangels at the same address.
